The Outdoor Living Area is the most important space of The Sandbar. It was designed to take maximum advantage of the Exuma blue water views and the 4 km of secluded white beach.

It features an expansive 60’ wide deck with covered Alfresco-style dining and comfy lounge area for 12. A 15’ x 30’ infinity pool with sun ledge and a 6 person hot tub are surrounded by cushioned loungers for 9.

Designed into the space are two bar areas, one with an outdoor fridge and a bar ledge. Unique to The Sandbar are the multiple tiered decks that offer additional gathering areas.

There are two decks that have four loungers and one larger deck that holds four Adirondacks. The lower deck is just steps away from the ocean where you can access the storage underneath to gather up your kayaks or paddle boards.

While some are taking in the waves, others taking in the pool and 6-person hot tub, I like to head to the kitchen bar and make the gang Goombay Smashers and let the holiday begin!
